Stephen F. Ritner is a business and entrepreneurial lawyer who focuses his practice on the growth and development of early and mid-stage companies and on the eventual transition of these companies, at their inflection points, to larger well-financed purchasers. Steve has provided representation in hundreds of M&A and private capital raise transactions. 

Prior to joining Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer & Toddy, P.C., Steve was a member of Gould, Yaffe and Golden, a partner for 17 years at Stevens & Lee, and of counsel at Blank Rome. He spent several years during his career at Stevens & Lee as an investment banker with Griffin Financial. Steve provides legal and strategic advice on various business and legal matters to AV’s executive management team and board of managers.
