Jay Edelman is a partner with PKF O’Connor Davies, ranked by Forbes as one of “America’s Best Tax & Accounting Firms.” Jay specializes in tax planning and compliance as well as consulting for small businesses and start-up companies.

Jay launched his own accounting practice in 1992 following a successful career with Arthur Young. After five years of rapid growth, he merged his practice with another thriving regional firm in 1997, which then joined PKFOD in 2022, enabling Jay to offer his clients a broader range of services and expertise. Jay holds a BA in music from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University.
